What are your hours?
Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 9:00pm
Saturday – Morning sessions: 8:00am to 12:00pm | Afternoon sessions: 1:00pm to 4:00pm | Evening hours: 6:00pm to 9:00pm
How do I schedule?
Bookings are available from Tuesday through Saturday, with early bird sessions starting at 8:00am and sunset sessions ending at 9:00pm. To schedule a session with us, you can use our booking tool on our website or choose a time you want to head out on the water and contact us via phone or email to request your preferred date and session duration. We are here to help you experience the excitement of wake surfing, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
What if I've never surfed before?
Whether you’re with family, friends, or coworkers, wakesurfing is a sport that can bring a smile to anyone’s face, regardless of their experience level. We welcome riders of all skill levels, and our experienced crew members are happy to provide instruction and teach you how to wakesurf. We are confident that with our guidance and support, you will be able to get up and riding in no time!
Can I bring my entire basketball team?
Unless your team consists of six people or less, we unfortunately can’t allow that. It would be like trying to fit everyone into a clown car, but on the water! It also isn’t safe and wouldn’t give everyone enough time to be able to enjoy the experience.
We offer private scheduled sessions for 1-6 people, and all ages are welcome to participate. When it comes to safety and liability, all members of the group or party will be required to sign a waiver. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or broken items, or injuries of any kind. Participants must understand that the activity they are participating in may be dangerous. We take safety very seriously and strive to ensure that all sessions and tours are conducted in a safe and enjoyable manner.
Are we allowed to bring a cooler?
We want our guests to have a great time on the water, so we encourage them to bring their own snacks or beverages. Additionally, complimentary water will be available on board our boat throughout the day.
We ask that all participants respect the lake and our boat: dumping litter and alcohol consumption is prohibited – if either become an issue, you and your party will immediately be taken back to shore without refund and your privilege of riding with us will be revoked.
